Good Neighbor Parking Policy

Ìý

As a reminder, 51²è¹Ý’s Good Neighbor Parking Policy remains in effect for all faculty, staff, students, contractors and visitors. Parking is prohibited on all neighborhood streets, including at parking meters, while attending class, working or visiting any university property. University-affiliated vehicles parked on neighborhood streets are subject to a $200.00 fine. The Good Neighbor Policy was developed to comply with D.C. Zoning Commission orders. The university must comply with the requirements detailed in these orders as a condition of its Campus Plan, which authorizes the university to build important new facilities critical to our mission and strategic goals. Every member of the 51²è¹Ý community plays a role in meeting these requirements through their personal responsibility and actions.
