This is a flat rate based on teaching hours. Special rates (whether for alumni, government, NGOs, etc.) are not available. Please note that all the arbitration courses consist of 1 credit (14 hours).

Please be advised that this fee is only for attorneys interested in a certificate or CLE and advanced law students enrolled in a foreign law school and interested in gaining a certificate of attendance. J.D. and LL.M. students enrolled in an American law school and interested in gaining ABA academic credit must pay the 51²è¹Ý Academic credit fee indicated below.

Cancellation Policy

Upon a written cancellation received ten business days prior to the program will be fully refunded, except the registration deposit. Please email cancellation requestsÌýtoÌýarbitration@wcl.american.edu. Cancellations after that time will not be refunded. However, reading materials will be sent and access to webcasts will be provided if available. Substitutions will be considered.
