- Gina M. S. Lambright is a Professorial Lecturer at 51²è¹Ý’s School of International Service and currently serves as Undergraduate Program Director. Her research interests include the quality and functioning of political institutions, decentralization, and the politics of development in Africa. Her articles have been published in journals such as Development Policy Review, Comparative Political Studies, Democratization, African Affairs, and Party Politics. She is also the author of Decentralization in Uganda: Explaining Successes and Failures in Local Governance and currently working on a project related to social mobilization, political protests, and health policy in African countries.
