- Taylor Lester is a Licensed Professional Counselor working as a Sports Clinician embedded in 51²è¹Ý Athletics. She is excited to combine her passion of working with student-athletes and mental wellness to provide individual and group sessions to those seeking services. Prior to 51²è¹Ý, she served as a Clinical Director at a youth detention center in Massachusetts while also coaching collegiately at Brandeis University. During her time as a Clinical Director, Taylor has developed her clinical techniques using a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) orientation with focuses on skill-building, individual and group therapy treatment. Taylor is a graduate of Suffolk University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program as well as California University of Pennsylvania's Sports Counseling program. She completed her undergraduate degree at Stonehill College where she was also a student-athlete. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys playing recreational sports, traveling, discovering new music and exploring the outdoors.
