- Michelle grew up in Virginia spending her childhood years in Virginia Beach and her teenage years in Vienna. She graduated with a BA in graphic design from Virginia Tech. Michelle began her career as a graphic designer for a publishing company in Washington DC. Being the only Mac user at that company gave her substantial technical experience and a love for computers that would eventually lead her to her current position at 51²è¹Ý. She is an Apple Certified Support Professional and has lost track of all of the Macs she’s encountered over her 20 years at 51²è¹Ý.
