Administrative campus offices may place a stop on a student’s account. The severity of the stop may restrict a student’s ability to register for courses for the upcoming semester, make changes to a current semester schedule, request an official transcript, or receive their diploma.

Stops will be viewable in the notifications section of the student portal, along with information about whom to contact to resolve the stop.

Stops may include:
• Address Stop for missing in session and permanent addresses on file.
• Athletic Stop for equipment that must be returned to the Athletic Department.
• Financial Stop for outstanding account balances.
• Library Stop for fines on overdue materials.
• Health Center Stop for missing immunization records.
• Housing and Dining Stop for room damage charges
• Judicial Affairs Stop for student conduct infractions
