Stephanie Mull Adjunct Instructor CAS | DHS | Health Studies

Bio
Stephanie is a seasoned sports dietitian dedicated to helping individuals and athletes achieve their optimal health and performance. As a pioneer in the field, she co-developed Metabolism-Based Eating to optimize body composition and shares her expertise with other professionals. With 25 years of experience and certifications as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Stephanie offers a comprehensive approach to nutrition and fitness. She currently operates her private practice, consults with the 51²è¹Ý athletic department, and serves as adjunct faculty at 51²è¹Ý, where she also supports course development. Stephanie's philosophy is that personalized and evidence-based nutrition is key to achieving one's healthiest self in a sustainable way.
