Allison Tepper Adjunct Instructor Health Studies

Bio
Allison Tepper is a Registered Dietitian and has been an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Health Studies since 2015. Allison completed her Masters Degree in Health Promotion Management at 51²è¹Ý. While at 51²è¹Ý her thesis research focused on the effects of front of package labeling on food choices in the grocery store of lower socioeconomic areas of Washington, DC.

Allison owns a nutrition counseling private practice in the DC Metro area and specializes in intuitive eating, eating disorders, GI conditions, food allergies and intolerances and more, with a focus on helping clients have a healthier relationship and more sustainable approach to food. She brings her knowledge and experience into her classroom teaching and is passionate about her work with both clients and students.
